RETURNS
Return items with appropriate protection for items in a box that fits. If the item is damaged, you will not receive the refund. Mark the RMA on the outside of the box. Make sure to insure the package. All non-defective returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, plus you have to provide the return postage. Non-defective returns include and are not limited to… No longer needed, not what I thought it was, I don’t like it, does not fit our needs etc. Please take the time to figure out if it works for you before you order.
